Pengakap Istimewa & BMKT organised a 1-day trip down to Melaka town. It acted as Activity after PMR & Examinations as well as a motivation program for our SPM candidates.
Our first station was Kilang Makanan Mamee Sdn. Bhd which is located in Ayer Keroh Industrial Park. We were warmly welcomed by officers from Human Resource Dep. ~ Ms. Yip and Ms. Lim. A brief power point presentation was given by Ms. Yip followed by visiting to the plant itself. Before leaving for the next destination, we tried their new product ~ Mamee Chef. Yummy ~~ We hand over a little banner representing SMKTMu to Ms. Yip as token of appreciation and group photo was taken.

We took our lunch at Rumah Melaka located at Bukit Katil before heading off to Menara Taming Sari. Our lunch was fully sponsored by the Melaka former Chief Minister ~ Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam. Thank you so much Datuk! We highly appreciate it.
Menara Taming Sari is a rotating tower with a height of 80 metres offering everyone the panoramic view of Melaka. It takes 7 minutes for a full ride.

Melaka River Cruise was the last destination. We were to expose students towards the view of the Historical City, the buildings as well as the history of these buildings during the cruise. Is a different experience gained by the students especially the needs of seeing it through one's own eyes as Deaf or Hard-of-hearing students use their eyes to see and to listen.
